Bob, as he is known by clients and friends, and Dad, of course by his two sons, is a California native and 25 year resident of the beautiful Central Coast. His decision to enter the real estate field in the early 1980’s was largely influenced by his parents who both had found success and contentment with careers as real estate professionals. “A real estate professional is of the utmost importance” his parents expressed. “Individuals, whether investor, home buyer or seller require expert guidance in today’s real estate market.” We assure you of same successes we’ve enjoyed they claimed “if you continuously expand your knowledge of the industry to best assist those individuals, conduct each real estate transaction with integrity, and provide service beyond that which is expected.” Bob took that guidance to heart and to this day that is the philosophy used in his real estate practice. In doing so, he has been fortunate to enjoy his interests; performing arts, travel, and time with family and friends. Bob’s real estae practice specializes in Homeowner’s Association management, and both residential and commercial leasing.
